Zokoko is a \u2018bean to bar\u2019 chocolate maker. We handcraft chocolate from scratch here in Emu Heights, Australia. We work directly with growers the world over to source the finest quality cacao beans and use vintage, artisan equipment and traditional methods to roast, grind, refine and temper chocolate in small batches.Our search for quality cacao has led us to East New Britain Province in Papua New Guinea, Far North Queensland, Australia and three distinct regions of Bolivia. We aim to celebrate the unique flavours of the cacao bean, from each origin and each vintage, resulting in truly unique chocolate.Our retail range includes 85g bars of single origin chocolate, dark chocolate and milk chocolate blends as well as organic cocoa powder, cocoa nibs and drinking chocolate.
